This will officially mark the beginning of the 2011 season as we hope to put some leeks, onions, and parsley starts in the greenhouse this week!

Congrats on getting your season started in Danby! We just confirmed with our neighbor that we'll be working about 4 acres of his land, 1 acre of veggies and 3 of pastured poultry, and maybe rabbits? Got our first veggie starts seeded in the greenhouse last week. Farming, here we come! Good luck getting your new operation up and running.
